1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and labet8 ("labet8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the labet8 website located at labet8.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your labet8 account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind on the labet8 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 2 Eligibility

To register for and use the labet8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by labet8 or a relevant regulatory authority, that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility, including falsification of age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active labet8 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. labet8 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in full.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your labet8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. labet8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity is demonstrably attributable to a platform security breach on labet8's part.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

labet8 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any credits, bonuses, or items associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

labet8 operates KYC procedures consistent with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide identity and address verification documents when requested. These may include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, Passport, Driver's Licence, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC requirements will restrict your ability to withdraw funds.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

labet8 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-supported payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods and associated minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your labet8 account and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. labet8 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party sources and may suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Deposits are credited to your labet8 wallet once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. labet8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking infrastructure, or network issues. All deposits are final once processed — labet8 does not issue chargebacks or refunds on deposited funds except as required by applicable law or in demonstrable cases of platform error.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified labet8 account holders at any time via the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your labet8 account must have completed all required KYC verification steps.
• The withdrawal amount must consist entirely of cleared, unrestricted real-money funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

labet8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to three banking days. labet8 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by payment processor operations, banking hours, or applicable compliance checks.

labet8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity is detected. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified to labet8's satisfaction may be held pending further review or, in cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, declined and the relevant funds frozen.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

labet8 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, and expiry dates, all of which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your labet8 account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount you must wager before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

labet8 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus arbitrage or collusion); using automated software or tools to complete wagering requirements; and claiming bonuses using low-variance betting strategies that constitute abuse in labet8's reasonable determination.

6.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible players as determined by labet8 in its sole discretion. labet8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. 7 Gaming Rules & Bet Settlement

All games offered on labet8 are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface or help section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Bet settlement on labet8 is final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed error that affects the outcome of a game or event, labet8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. labet8's determination of game outcomes in disputed situations is final and binding, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.

For live casino games, all outcomes are determined by physical events (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) performed by live dealers in independently operated studio environments. For sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body or data provider. labet8 reserves the right to void markets where results cannot be confirmed from official sources within a reasonable period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the labet8 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering as a player if you do not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or ban imposed by labet8 or a relevant regulatory body.
• Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the labet8 platform.

labet8 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

labet8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Protection of the integrity of any game or event on the platform.

You may also close your labet8 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance subject to no active wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms, labet8 is not obligated to return any funds that are subject to active investigations, bonus wagering requirements, or that are reasonably considered proceeds of prohibited conduct.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the labet8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of labet8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the labet8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any labet8 content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of labet8 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

labet8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12 Privacy & Data Protection

labet8's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the labet8 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering and using labet8, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, anti-fraud operations, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications for which you have provided consent.

Where a player does not accept the amended Terms, they may exercise their right to close their account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the labet8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact labet8 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. labet8 commits to responding to all formal complaints submitted in writing via the support email within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
